Germany confirms merger does not recognize the Crimea to Russia



16/3, German government spokesman Steffen Seibert announced that it would not recognize the merger Russian Crimea.

Speaking to reporters in Berlin, Germany Mr. Seibert confirmed support Ukraine "within the borders are internationally recognized."
